Cancellation Policy

Policies

I strive to accommodate every client to  the best of my ability. I value your time and busy schedule and I ask you to value my time and business. I do require a 24 hour notice before cancelling your appointment. If less then 24 hours notice given you will be charged 50% of the service that is booked, the fee will go on the card that you have on file. I do understand that unforeseen things happen and can not be predicted. I ask you to please communicate with me before hand.

If I do see a pattern or several appointments cancelled in a time frame I will ask you find a new lash artist.

Running more them 15 minutes behind your appointment time, I will ask you to please reschedule your appointment and the full cancellation fee will be applied on the card on file. I respect your time and again I please ask you to respect my time.

No call no show: If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment with no prior communication or notification it will result in a 100% fee of the service that is booked. This payment must be paid prior to any future appointments are scheduled. 

Sick Policy

I ask you to please reach out to me to reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior if you are not feeling well. This includes a runny nose, cough, and or a fever. I work very close to peoples faces all day long, and do not want to get myself and other clients sick. If you cancel less then 24 hours to your scheduled appointment I will charge your card on file for 50% of the service that is canceled.
